Excellent hotel. Modern amenities. Free shuttle 10 minutes to the airport and to the mtr main transit railway system) Also can walk 10 minutes to the mtr (inside an outlet mall) which then takes you to the city. Rooms are small, like often in Hong Kong, but the big windows bring in so much sunlight and makes the room feel bigger. Very reasonable hotel, great location near the airport, but without being an airport hotel. Tung Chung has tons of greenery and walking and bike paths everywhere, fresh air and nice breezes. There's a nice walking promenade along the water next door. There are also restaurants behind the hotel in an area called Tbay. The staff are so friendly, Amber is polite and sweet. Tszlam is always helpful, she is a ray of sunshine with a beautiful smile you get to see every day at the front desk. Definitely recommend.

Good value for a 3 star hotel in Tung Chung. We stayed for two night. The checking in is fast for we are a couple. The room is at 19/F, super quiet. We like the interior design of the room, just special and tasty. Good buffer breakfast. The coffee is good. Walking takes 20 min to the MTR station or shopping centre. It's quite noisy when having breakfast as it is very busy with many guests.

Great place to stay if you need to be near the airport or nearby the cable car. Aside from that, there is not much around and it is completely different feel and very quiet compared to HK island. There is still quite a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance with a bit of a community feel. But don’t stay here if you want the true HK experience. Rooms and spacious with working desk area and big open view. Big, comfy beds. Was slightly surprised and disappointed there is no gym or pool. The breakfast is okay, seems to be lots of options but in reality none are actually that good and didn’t end up eating too much. Could be improved a lot. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great value for money. Location is close to the airport and Disneyland. Free shuttle bus is provided to airport and MTR. Breakfast is good. There were some minor issues with the service during our stay, but on duty manager Mr. Chester was able to resolve them all and more. He is well trained and provides very good service, cares about even small guest needs. Well done, we will definitely be back!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was really pleasant and welcoming. Given a room facing the sea which is a bonus. The bed is super comfortable. Just to update all who are looking for the airport transfer. Walk out of the terminal 1 to the bus bay area. Looks for bay no. 11 onwards and you will see all the hotel buses. Ignore the instructions to look for F/G which you will never find. The bus will arrive about 15 min before time.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Fumi, a courteous and sincere young Japanese gentleman. Fumi offered us breakfast at half price ($110pp) as a limited-time offer, which we declined. My apologies for that. I was pleasantly surprised by the punctuality of the shuttle bus driver from the airport to the hotel. Not only was he prompt, but he also willingly assisted passengers with young children—a rare sight in HKG. Upon entering the hotel, one immediately senses its charm. The expansive layout and intricate decor truly exemplify the hotel's brand. The convenience of having the elevators situated behind the reception was a relief, especially when handling heavy luggage. My city-view room was ideally located, with local eateries, a bakery, and convenience stores just across the street. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The mattress offers great comfort, and the room amenities—including a safe, iron, and ironing board—were commendable. Additionally, there were two bathrobes and various other amenities provided. However, a few areas need attention: 1. The room carpet appeared to be inadequately vacuumed, and the safe contained noticeable dust. 2. The bed linens had an unpleasant odor, indicating they might not have been properly cleaned. 3. There were signs of mold in the bathroom, particularly on the silicone grouting around the sink and shower area. 4. The lid of the electric kettle was broken, raising concerns about potential fire hazards. Despite these issues, I plan to return as my family resides in this neighborhood. I hope to see improvements upon my next visit. Stay tuned.
